苏州百年职业学院2017年度人才招聘公告
苏州百年职业学院是苏州科技大学与加拿大百年理工学院经江苏省人民政府批准、教育部备案而创立的,全国唯一的具有独立法人资格的中外合作办学高职院校。据学院发展规划,计划在五年内引进170名左右的专门人才,其中20名左右高层次人才,包括学术(系部或专业)带头人及职能部门干部,为把学院办成中外合作培养水平达到国内一流的高职院校提供人才支撑。
Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC). It is approved by People’s Government of Jiangsu Province and it was registered with China’s Ministry of Education according to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. The College is to introduce at least 20 high-level talents and 150 faculties worldwide in the following 5 years with the purpose of providing powerful human resources support for the College to reach the goal of being one of the top international colleges in higher vocational education in China.
一、高层次人才要求和条件Requirements for High-Level Talents
(一)基本要求Basic Requirements
1、遵纪守法,品行端正,为人师表;
Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;
2、具备履行岗位职责应有的基本知识、技能及素质;
Possess professional skills and quality;
3、身体符合岗位要求;
With good physical conditions;
4、能熟使用英语授课或根据需要使用英语开展工作;
Enable to teach or work in English proficiently;
5、能够全职履职。
Be able to take up full time job.
(二)学术带头人资历条件Qualification of Academic Leader or Program Head
1、取得海内外知名高校硕士及以上学位。
Have Master’s degree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas.
2、原则上年龄在50周岁以内,特殊情况可放宽到60周岁左右。
Be under the age of 50 in principle. For special professionals, the age under 60 is also considerable.
3、具有扎实的专业知识基础和学术积累,或有丰富的行业企业管理经验,具有副高(或相当于副高)以上技术职务的教学或管理专家。
Have solid professional knowledge and academic achievements, or rich experiences in industrial management. Possess senior professional titles, equivalently Associate Professor or above.
4、曾任学科或专业带头人,在学科或专业建设中起主要作用。
Have experience like discipline leader or play a leading role in the discipline or specialty construction.
5、具备以下条件之一,优先考虑:
Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:
(1)省级以上重点学科带头人,或具有较强的学术研究能力、在国内外学术界具有较大影响力的人才;
Key discipline leaders at provincial level or above, or talents with high proficiency in academic research and holding important influence in academics domestic and overseas.
(2)符合学科或专业方向、具有博士学位的教授或副教授;
With both Doctor’s degree and senior professional title, equivalently Associate Professor or above
(3)在行业领域内有较高知名度、在产学研结合、人才培养等方面具有特殊才能或实绩的高级管理人才。
High-level talents with high-profile in related industries, and exceptional ability or rich achievements in the combination of “production, teaching and research” and related talent cultivation.
6、有海外教育背景或相关管理工作经验。
Have overseas education or management background.
(三)职能部门负责人资历条件Qualification of Administrative Department Head
1、取得学士以上学位,具有硕士学位优先。
Have Bachelor‘s degree or above, Master’s degree will be advantage.
2、原则上年龄在45周岁以内,特殊情况可放宽到55周岁左右。
Be under the age of 45 in principle. For special professionals, the age under 55 is also considerable.
3、具有扎实的知识基础和业务能力,具有中级以上技术职务的管理人员优先。
Have solid professional knowledge and skills. Possessing middle professional title will be advantage.
4、具有5年以上相关工作经验,具有高校相关工作经验者优先。
Have at least 5 years working experiences in relevant field. With working experiences in higher education institutions will be advantage.
5、有团队管理经验,曾任相关部门带头人,在业务或职能管理中起主要作用。
Have rich experiences in team building and management, and has been played a leading role in the team work.
二、工作职责与目标Responsibility and Accountability
(一)学术带头人Academic Leader or Program Head
1、负责制定本学科或专业的建设规划、人才培养方案、教学标准等;
Work out plans of discipline or specialty construction, student’s cultivation, and teaching standards;
2、负责本学科或专业的全面建设工作;
Be responsible for discipline or specialty construction comprehensively;
3、负责本学科或专业的教学组织与日常管理工作;
Take charge of teaching organization and daily management;
4、带领团队把本专业建成符合江苏省品牌专业建设标准、在全省有一定影响力的知名专业。
Lead and activate team members and build the discipline or specialty to meet a criterion of Jiangsu Provincial Top-notch Academic Programs Project and have an influence in Jiangsu Province.
(二)职能部门负责人Administrative Department Head
1、全面负责本部门职责范围内的全部工作;
Take charge of the responsibilities of the department comprehensively;
2、完成学院交办的年度工作任务;
Complete the yearly tasks assigned by the College;
3、加强团队建设,带出一支勇于担当、创新拼搏、能打胜仗的队伍;
Strengthen team building with responsibility, creativity, and determined spirit;
4、加强本部门与外部的交流与合作,不断扩大外部影响。
Extend influence constantly by communicating and cooperating with other departments of the College or external agencies.

1、薪资待遇Compensation
